HIVACON technology "in a nutshell"
The materials are collected from the production in to integrated special funnels and self-standing suction points. Suction points are positioned accordingly the customers factory layout need to under the tables, machines and conveyors.
The generated vacuum impact moves the materials inside of stainless steel piping . The pipe routing is located in the ceiling.
Material flow is controlled by the knife-gates or ball valves depending of the by-product further usage.
Materials are separated from the air with special separators.
Conveying distances are ranging from the tens of meters to *kilometers, systems capacity up to several tons per hour. System`s operational and self-cleaning modes are 100% automated and easy to control.

HIVACON CIP cleaning and disinfection
When by-products are meant to use in human or animal consumption our basic system will be extended and integrated with full automated Cleaning In Place (CIP) option to guarantee the high-rates of product hygiene.
System design is based on accordance the risk analysis and control methods set on HACCP. With set parameters system will use cleaning balls with portion of hot chemical mixtures during multiple washing and disinfectant stages.
Our solutions overcomes from traditional hard-to-clean production methods where raw materials are transported in heavy roller bins, with over pressure system or other solution like open conveyors.
